Alhumdulillah, Pakistan is blessed with a spirit of giving that I have witnessed nowhere else. It does not matter how much you earn or what have you learnt- everyone can be a giver by Allah’s (swt) Taufiq.
Meet Mr.Umair Malik Aman, who has taken the initiative to craft the future of the nation, with his impactful teaching programme. Find out more…
Q1. Please briefly share with us the nature of your organization and its mission.
We specialize in transforming predictive mindsets into visionary ones. Our vision is to develop 1 million purpose-driven leaders by 2050.
“U Training provides coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations. Through our coaching and consulting services, we facilitate individuals and organizations to tap into their potential and make a meaningful impact in the world.”
Q2. How did this idea spring? Is there a story behind it?
“In 2010, my school teacher Sir Abdur Rauf and I sat down to discuss how we could make a significant impact in our community. We knew it would be a challenge to convince government officials and business leaders to implement changes in their organizations. That’s when we had a breakthrough idea: every professional was once a student, so why not focus on students and teachers instead? We realized that the best way to reach a large number of students and teachers was through workshops and seminars.
With that in mind, we held our first teacher and student workshop at Sir Rauf’s school. From there, we continued to grow and expand, offering training, consulting, and coaching services to a wide range of individuals and businesses. In 2017, we expanded our business internationally by introducing online courses at a reduced cost.
To date, we have trained hundreds of young people and professionals from diverse backgrounds and provided consultancy to numerous businesses. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, and we’re proud to add value to the lives of so many people through our work.”

Online masterclasses facilitate individuals in giving some meaning to their and others’ lives.”
Q4. Who is your mentor, and why?
“I have a list of mentors, and everyone I have met has uniquely touched my life, but the person who has had a profound impact on my life as a mentor, coach, and consultant is Suleman Ahmer. His guidance and support have helped shape me into the person I am today.
There are several reasons why I admire him so much which include his farsightedness, extraordinary courage, altruism, and benevolence. These qualities have inspired me to strive for excellence and make a positive difference in the world.”
Q5. Residing in Pakistan, what do you believe are windows of opportunity for those who wish to invest in socially responsible businesses that can earn them Rizq e Halal and build the community?
“Pakistan offers a wealth of investment opportunities for entrepreneurs. With the fifth largest population in the world, here are diverse socio-economic needs and challenges that must be met using a variety of products and services.
Despite the presence of multinational companies, there is still a significant demand for local solutions and services. Some potential opportunities for entrepreneurs in Pakistan are:
- IT exports
- Education
- Organic foods
- Local manufacturing
- Water management
- Clean/solar energy
- Skill-based training institutes
- Halal food exports
- Affordable real estate
- Local tourism.
The opportunities mentioned above are just a few examples. I suggest readers to consider brainstorming with friends and family to identify additional business opportunities in Pakistan.”
Q6. What is your take on the recent exodus in Pakistan, where nearly 8 lac educated Pakistanis are known to have left the country within the past year alone for greener pastures?
“I will not blame those individuals who have left the country. Pakistan’s job market is facing challenges, and both the government and private sectors need more resources to create employment opportunities.”
Unfortuntaley, our education system often emphasizes technical subjects like science and engineering, but does not provide sufficient instruction in business and economics. As a result, many people seek employment rather than creating employment opportunities themselves through entrepreneurship.
“To address this problem, we need to develop purpose-driven entrepreneurs who have the skills and mindset to create opportunities for themselves and others. This will require a shift in our education system and a focus on cultivating leadership and entrepreneurial skills in the younger generation. By empowering people to take control of their careers and build successful businesses, we can help stop the brain drain and strengthen our economy.”
Q7. What message do you have for Hiba’s readers who are Alhumdulillah agents of change in their own league, Bi izn Allah?
“As humans, we are not passive creatures. Our purpose is to worship God, and this worship goes beyond just following a set of rituals. Every moment and action of our lives should be an expression of our devotion to God. We have the power to be agents of change, and one of the most positive changes we can make is to help others fulfill their ultimate purpose, which is to obey God’s commandments in all aspects of life, including business, family, social, and personal pursuits. By facilitating others in this way, we can create a positive impact on individuals and society as a whole.”
