Consume one tablespoon of olive oil in the morning. It works best on an empty stomach. Mix it with a little bit of lemon juice, if you would like to lighten the flavour.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into 1 cup of warm water. Drink the entire mixture.
High-fibre fruits and vegetables
Beans, apricots, whole grain bread, berries, broccoli, plums, pears, apples, and nuts are some of the high-fibre fruits and vegetables that are helpful to avoid constipation.
One cup of coffee usually does the trick. Do not go overboard, or it will end up causing constipation.
Mix 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil into 1 glass of orange juice. Drink as needed, but give it time (up to 5 hours) to start working, so you do not overdo it.
