Put ½ kg mince, 1 cubed onion, 3 – 4 green chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves, salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste in a chopper, chopperize well and remove mixture in a bowl.
Now form into small round patties, shallow fry with a little oil till golden brown.
Heat a little oil in another wok, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 – 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup tomato puree.
Then add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp allspice powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds and ¼ tsp dry mango powder. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add 125 gm whipped yogurt and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add in fried patties, mix a little and simmer for 1 – 2 minutes till oil comes on top.
